Has Ebay Launched Its Low Cost TCG Envelopes?

I know there was talks on this and the announcement on the 11th last month but has this gone live? I did some searching both on ebay and Google but couldnt find anything new.

I just got a “Did not receive” for a card today and cannot wait to use this method as a way to negate this from happening. Overall PWE have worked pretty well for me but I definitely would like the security of having tracking to back up lower priced cards were First Class just doesnt make sense.

In the video where the eBay representative was talking about it, she mentioned that they’re aiming for end of January.
