My first hint was going to be tagging you haha, good spot

Still took a moment to find. Although I recognized it from somewhere, I couldn’t remember from where at first. I did recognize Midori Harada’s art style, but couldn’t find it among her cards on pkmncards.com (since those are only English cards).

And then, after about ten minutes of randomly searching, mostly looking at Fire-Type Pokémon, I finally remembered the two P-promo Pikachu.

And at potentially tagging me as hint, haha.

Is the “slither” here a typo or deliberate :)?

Typo. No idea how to say it in English in that case, so I’ve changed it to ‘partial oval thing’
