Legendary: I’d say Giratina.
Even though I also like others like Kyogre, Giratina has always felt special to me, considering its nice ghost typing, two cool forms, and great thematically too. Powerful dragons are always great to see
Mythical: Celebi
I also enjoy Mew and Jirachi a lot, but I prefer Celebi. I’ve always loved the concept of a “god of the forest”, with its little shrine and its grass typing. Definitely it feels magical to me, and a great counterpart to Mew.

Legendary: Suicune
As my favorite Pokemon, this choice was easy, though I also think Giratina and Kyogre are each S-tier designs!
Mythical: Arceus
I think it could have been very easy to poorly execute the design pitch of “omnipotent Pokegod,” though Arceus pulls off the design flawlessly.

Although there are many Legendaries that I really like (Latios, Suicune, Ho-Oh), there is one clear winner. Ever since I played Pokémon Blue as a kid and found Zapdos at the end of the Kanto Power Plant, it is one of my favorite Pokémon ever.
Mythical is a pretty close call between Mew, Celebi and Jirachi. However Mew just very narrowly is my favorite.
