As others mentioned here, and some in discord, these are fake.
- Color of the box is incorrect (could be lighting?)
- Crimps on the top of the packs are incorrect
- Gold cards are reproductions
- Packs are arranged in the box incorrectly
I think you ran into a wily 70 year old shop owner looking to make a sale
