Fair price to pay for a PSA 8 shadowless charizard?

Hi all I just wanted to get an accurate number for a non 1st Ed base set shadowless charizard in a PSA 8.

I’ve been looking at sales and they range around the 1900 range but a lot of sellers have theirs listed for 2200-2500. That’s before fees and tax.

I’m just trying to make sure I don’t low ball but I also don’t want to overpay.

Maybe offer the flat $2,000 to sellers in messages and ship to PWCC vault to save a hundred or so bucks on sales tax. Honestly I wouldn’t stress about paying $2,100 or $2,200.

I paid $2,000 for a PSA 8 Shadowless Charizard in July 2020 - 4 months BEFORE Logan Paul. They are still at that price. Data point.

I don’t keep up with prices so I wasn’t sure. Plus I don’t want to be rude and lowball someone

The price ive had in mind the past year or so is around $2500 CAD. So I’d second the “around $2000 US” estimation
