The stock is the highest it’s ever been. They should do a secondary and use the cash to expand their worker base and infrastructure.

I was really hoping that CGC’s entrance into the grading space would put pressure on PSA to improve. But nope; people (myself included) will still just submit to PSA because of how much the market favors PSA-graded cards. But PSA really shouldn’t need competitive pressure to improve – they should improve for their stakeholders’ sake.
