that’s not a rumor. it says it in the eng press release. it’s unclear whether the reverse foils will be the same design (which could be possible considering the jp ones do seem to also be etched aka textured)

i looked back to see when we found out that 151 had masterball variants, and it looks like pokebeach didn’t report it until people started opening packs
