Exactly, when the knowledge of the Sylveon “cameo” first came to light, there were 4 or 5 copies sold that same day. Probably no sales for 1 year then suddenly 5 in 1-2 days, crazy times.

Didn’t see any mention of the delayed shipment of these life size plush. I ordered the Umbreon and Espeon and they were supposed to be shipped late November, but it seems they are now shipping out in March. Will be almost an entire year after ordering. Guessing the others were all delayed too.

Under $10 shipped is a fair price, but what in the world is the 26 cent buyer protection fee? I have to pay more to prevent scams? I never used Mercari USA before, honestly don’t know anyone who does…
Mercari USA customer service is really good, I’ve bought from Mercari before.
The buyer protection fee is just the buyer-and-seller-shared fee structure Mercari US landed on after trying seller covers all fees (like Ebay) → buyer covers all fees (e.g. sellers get 100% of sold list price, but buyers pays extra fees on top of list price) → seller and buyer share fees (seller pays 10% of sold price and buyer pays like 3% of sold price as “buyer protection fee”).
