Follow up on this - the seller in Japan sent it with tracking to me, and it arrived today
So I paid 11 cents all in after sales tax. I am so happy with the integrity the seller had to actually ship it, even though they are in the negative from eBay fees and shipping.

That sucks but also very honest and someone id buy from again. I had a card get lost in the mail from Japan and they ended up giving me a refund. I felt awful when weeks later, the card showed up. Bought a cheap illustration rare for the price of the first card out of respect

I once reached out to a seller to pay an item again when it arrived after refund, never have gotten as surprised reaction from a seller

Honest buyers are sadly an exception for this situation (less than 10% in my case). Even more surprising, for the very few that actually reach out, we typically send an invoice for cost, lower than what they originally paid for and still have many that stop communication at this point). Only 2 Eeveelutions involved so far (staying on topic)

Also back on topic, saw a moonbreon too with different holo variants between skinny and fat packs so i’m assuming the same goes for all vmax eeveelutions, could guess all vmax cards between the two sets?

Looks like some people think this is unlimited… Even if it was there is a cheaper actual unlimited copy on eBay.

This is on PSA for mislabeling it. PWCC just has scans of the card and doesn’t mention 1st edition or unlimited in the title. The submitter to PWCC should have spotted it too.
I don’t feel too bad for the buyers bidding on it thinking it’s unlimited. The 1st edition stamp is easy to spot in the corner, atleast on this scan. That is the hardest card to check for 1st edition or unlimited.

There is quite a few I have spotted in my hunt for unlimited. The Psychic king Umbreon 042 as at least one mislabeled out of the 8x PSA 10 (I believe 2). I sent picture to PSA for one and they have not been super useful
