Yeah, an extra day or two to submit your VGC team is fine.
We’re playing Regulation F. You can check the sample teams in the OP that Bule and I shared to get an idea of what was used in the format..

Hi everyone, still a few days to register for either bracket (June 7 at midnight). VGC players, reminder that your team for the tournament is due then as well.
As we are currently at 17 players for VGC it would be great to get 1 more as Swiss works better with an even number of players.

This is a double elimination bracket (exactly the same as previous Singles tournaments) and those who do not qualify for top 8 will get another chance to compete in Little Cup!
Bracket seeding was manually done by @ddk, taking into account past performance (with the most recent bracket being given more weight), quality of previous wins and approximate player skill (though the skill gap between seeds 3 - 9 was really close).

There will be no extensions in order to keep the tournament running. Please reach out to me if there were difficulties scheduling your match and I will making a ruling on who to assign the win & loss to. Players who were unable to play their match will still advance in the tournament (but please don’t intentionally skip rounds as this harms the experience for others).
There will be 4 rounds of Swiss total, before we move into the Top 8 Cut/Little Cup final bracket phase. Each Swiss bracket will be roughly 2 weeks in length to give players ample time to schedule and play their match.

Had the honour of stacking up against @Lylebot in their first ever match. It was a Metronome Madness. Some really smart splits from them, as well as a Trap, Nap and Struggle Attack. Really well played on both ends. Lucky to win round 1. Botter luck in your next match LyleBot! GGs !!
