Yesterday morning, King Chansey received a message from his couriers that a new island had been discovered! It is full of flora and fauna, and even Pokemon that no one had ever seen before.
Our great King was intrigued – and he wants to know more about these Pokemon that hail from the “Lentil Region”. But, he is busy with the works of governance, and so it up to YOU to share your knowledge with King Chansey!
Set forth on this adventure to educate King Chansey on the wonders of the Lentil Region, and perhaps he may deem you worthy of a prize for your skills

Enter in any category by letting King Chansey know via post in this thread. You can enter as many categories as you like; however, you can only submit one photo per category.

King Chansey is not very tech-savvy. To share your photos, please download them from your Switch, then upload them here on e4 via imgur or another photo sharing service, so that everyone can appreciate them without needing access to Nintendo Online. They will then be compiled into this post for easier browsing.

Feel free to edit the *composition* of your photos before submitting (angles, filter, etc.). However, if you’d like to add graphics (crowns, emojis, etc.), please submit under Category 5 - Memeingful Moments.

The following Pokemon is PROHIBITED from being included in any photo submissions, by order of King Chansey:

The contest ends on Tuesday, June 1, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

PROCEDURES AND VOTING: King Chansey will graciously allow citizens to vote on their favorite photos. Between June 2 and June 5, contestants must message Qwachansey with their Top 3 per category. The photos with the most amount of votes total will be the winners, unless King Chansey is in an undiplomatic mood!

PRIZES: The FIRST PLACE winner of each category will receive, by order of King Chansey:

• Five modern Japanese booster packs
• A TEXTURED modern card
• A virtual No. 1 Trophy for bragging rights AND a virtual SNAP CARD of their submission
• A Certificate of Excellence, signed by King Chansey

The SECOND PLACE winner of each category will receive, by order of King Chansey:

• Three modern Japanese booster packs

It’s in violation with code 113/242 article 440. This article stipulates how Chansey and Blissey are to be the only Pokémon to assist Nurse Joy and her lineage at the Pokémon Centers. And I quote “Cilan said that the Nurse Joys of the Unova region use Audino instead of Chansey as partners.”

Overall, I had a great time playing and theres tons to see and find out. Wish they had a players guide like they did for the original. I also liked editing the photos since theres so much you can do even with a single photo.

Knew it was coming and figured I’d be behind, was hoping I had a few more weeks but excited for it. I plan to enter but I don’t even have all the levels unlocked yet. The 2 year old has been manning the controls for the majority of it and I just help him navigate the menus and select the photos lol. I think he does have better photography skills though so I’ll just have to put him to work and maybe extend his bed time this week. Looking forward to this.

Just FYI for you and others interested, and without spoiling any game play, it is certainly possible to enter each category with only a few levels or a few hours of game play.

Hahaha loved this idea, I don’t have a switch but I will enjoy watching all submissions, idk why I love the new Pokemon snap photos (even tho the discord thread never updates).

Also some important information relating chanseyland I gathered from this post:
