Does PSA authenticate foreign Pokemon cards?

I really don’t know about this so I wanted to ask: does PSA authenticate Pokemon cards that are in other languages than English or Japanese?

I know they don’t grade Pokemon cards in other languages apart from Base Set, but is it the same with authenticating?

I’ve never seen an authenticated foreign card so I would assume the answer is no. IIRC the issue with foreign cards is that they cannot (or choose not to) reliably authenticate all languages.

If you just want it in one of their slabs though, I am confident they will do custom encapsulation on pretty much anything.
