Determine if Japanese Wigglytuff Pokeball Cosmos Holo is common

I believe these were test prints for the Cosmos Holo pattern.

Jungle Japanese-Style Cosmos Holo Test Prints

I’ve been working with CGC and keeping these secret for a bit. These are cosmos foil Jungle Vaporeons and Kangaskhan from the PCD sheet. The sheet contains 110 cards, only a handful of these exist as far as I’ve found. I found them at a local shop, I had to have them.
