Exciting to see another grimer collector! The list looks to be up to date so nothing to add there regarding artworks unless you are interested in cameos which are these dewott and eevee, the latter being a nice stamped promo in japanese 
Grimer has some great different levels regarding collecting, if you are interested in easier path the banned team rocket card and 151 master ball variant are indeed nice cards to get. However if you are interested in the deeper rabbit hole there are niche variants like Australian 1999-2000 copyright variant of fossil grimer, code variants of all ex era grimer artworks and the rare unlimited japanese undaunted/L2 reverse holos. I don’t have a written list of the cards and variants but i’ve posted photos of all official grimer and muk tcg cards here, spiced up with some non-tcg cards too.
