Can anyone confirm if this BGS 9.5 slab is authentic before I purchase please? The text on the label doesn’t appear to be as clean/sharp as other BGS slabs I’ve seen so it’s putting doubt in my mind.
Thanks

I think it’s the shine reflecting on the card, everything else matches up with a normal BGS case.
lemme confirm with @charizardespana, he’s the BGS expert.
Yeah, checks out for me! Everything looks fine!
Good luck!
Looks fine to me. Should have “PAT” and then a number on the inside of the slab, at the bottom and a Beckett engraving on the top part.
But the label looks fine to me.
Thank you for confirming.
Thanks @charizardespana @Vertemes, picked it up last night. Would you be concerned about this crack/hole inside of the bottom of the slab? The hole/crack is internal but there’s also a bit of cosmetic damage outside. Hopefully the picture shows that clearly.
On the image below the top bit of damage is external and the bottom damage is internal
Again, looks like external damage, but I would need charizardespana to confirm.
They all have that
The hole inside and cosmetic damage (if thats the right word)?
I’ve always thought that it’s where the plastic mould break is. It’s been on every single one I’ve owned in the same spot.
Thanks for confirming
This video on injection molding does a good job at explaining how various plastic shapes are created.
Something like the piece on the bottom of the slab is probably caused by something similar to what is shown at 5:45
As others have said, they all have that mate.
You’re fine with that slab!
