Looks like enough people have already replied, but I’ve sent literally hundreds if not thousands of cards in a PWE. If the card is under like $40, it’s going in a PWE. Penny sleeve, toploader, tape it in a piece of paper folded into thirds so it doesn’t slide around. I think I’ve had exactly one package get damaged, years ago. The risks of shipping PWE are greatly overblown.
