If it’s permanent marker use a dry erase marker on it.

If it’s permanent marker then you’re going to have a hell of a time removing it without damaging the packs. I’d use alcohol first and as a last resort acetone.

Acetone would clear the Marker, but might also clear and erase the pack art leaving it plate colour.

Don’t use acetone for sure. I recommend 95%+ ethanol if you can get your hands in some

That’s why it’s a last resort, used sparingly on a q tip or diluted with water. I’ve used it to get sharpie off of old NES and SNES labels. It can definitely ruin stuff though so be careful.
