Yeah, Base 2000 is the incorrectly dubbed “4th print” ~
Not only are they possibly rarer than Shadowless or have the the 1999-2000 copyright difference, but:
Several major aesthetic differences are:
- Lighter colour shades on the cards
- Vulpix HP is corrected
- Charizard background stripes
- Possible stock difference in feel-of-the-card

If PSA recognise these eventually then you have a “niche” product - which not a lot of people know about - that is suddenly thrown into a market sought after by collectors and/or those who wish to complete their Base sets ~
