Is the ‘to E4 from Santa’ banner an altered to add hats or is it an unaltered segment from the anime?

I don’t think they shift with anything else in the image so I’m guessing that they are added in after the fact. I’m not familiar with that scene though so I don’t know for sure.
Good catch, the hair on Ash reveals it is. At first, I thought the life cycle of dandelions was just different in Japan.
To me it just looks like a scene with santa hats put over the top and thats all.
I’ll take that as a compliment that you can’t tell from first glance @cullers
