Anyone from the US, UK or Spain that could be my middleman?

I want to buy a certain item for a friend of mine, but unfortunately neither him nor I could contact the seller on eBay, and they also don’t ship to us. They only ship to the US, UK or Spain.

Is there anyone here who could help me acquire this card for my friend by being my middleman? I will of course pay you first so you can purchase the card, after we agreed on the shipping price from you to me.
