Hey, so I know this might be niche but this is really confusing me. So I know many get Japanese products through different sites and proxy services, but I imagine others also utilize the Japanese Pokemon Center online to order directly from and then have it shipped, like I usually do. But it seems they had a big site rehaul, and the new site feels unusable at times and I’m wondering how this will affect getting items and things in the future and if others are having the same issues.
When I say unusable, I mean when I click on the new products tab, it does not list anything, whereas before it was easy to just look at the newest products.
So I figure it must be something wrong with filters on my end, but I don’t think I can even select the right options in the narrow search function.
There’s more functions I could mention, but even the latest release of an accessory set has me confused. With a release date of March 8th.
I can’t find these things even in sold out sections, can’t see that they exist it feels like, and normally there’s an email dropping with the release of a new collection to check out but I can’t seem to find anything of that sort. And I just wonder if others are getting this experience too, or if I’m totally missing something. Because there’s more products to come that look pretty special, and if you like buying the Japanese cards straight from the site, along with new set releases, I worry about not being able to find them at all.
I just feel like I’m doing something wrong or missing something… It was all fine before, but now it seems so rough to try to navigate. Am I crazy? Does anyone else use this site??
