I completely agree, around 1.5k USD or euros is about what I’d value that at. When it comes to the German copies, I paid 1.5k USD for the Torchic in a CGC 10 and 900 USD for the Treecko in a CGC 9.
I’d check out this article by Tapp for some more info about the card in general. The non-english release is still shrouded in some mystery compared to the English, but it is a tournament promo with low population and decently high demand for collectors.
