Man this hobby just keeps getting crazier. I’m glad I’m an ungraded set collector primarily. Though my next big project requires 1st ed base, do you think raw card prices will increase?
For sure. My dream isn’t to be a solo act. It’s to start a museum and publish regular chats with everyone who knows what they’re doing.

A while back I recommended to Scott that he should do a series of YouTube interview videos. People like maybe me;), Joe Orlando, Eddie Brennesholtz, Rusty, Glenn, Rudy from AI, Nick, Zack, etc etc. I told him he’d get a ton of views. He loved the idea but would have to figure out the specifics.

To fufill my destininz… THe current plan. IS to then relist the zards at 500k and then buy 4 boxes. Then atleast you have made up for half of what could have bIn.

That is more or less the concept of a podcast I intended to do as soon as I could negotiate all the travel. It’s possible I’ll pursue exactly that right after World’s next year.

I was thinking it’d be cool to make a documentary where you’d do something like this. It would be fun to produce/watch and if done well would likely be viral.
I don’t have the skills or enthusiasm to pursue this though so if there’s someone interested, please steal my idea.

It was possible back then.
I remember about 2012 or so I bought a box in partnership for, an even for its time, ridiculous 800.00. You can check me on that. I bought it with Eddie B lol. Of course we opened it and I do recall we pulled 4 Lass’s and a PERFECT Charizard that got a deserved 10. Biggest lock 10 I ever pulled:)
800.00. How crazy was that. It could still happen today;)
