As a minor language collector, and excluding signed cards, these two are the rarest:
Currently, there are only 3 graded cards in Beckett (this Rayquaza 8.5, and 2 Rayquazas with 9) and 3 in the PSA pop report (PSA 6, 7, and 8), I have only seen 1 of BGS 9 , so you never know how many of these cards could have been cracked and regraded
Torchic will regrade it because I cant understand the 3.5 surface, torchic pop is even lower, there is only 1 PSA 4 and 1 BGS 7.5 apart from mine

What card is that trainer
It’s a version of the HGSS Copycat supporter card. From Bulbapedia:
“In Japan, a Holofoil version was reprinted as one of the L-P Promotional cards, and was awarded to the top winners of the Pokémon Card Game LEGEND Battle in September 2009.”
I don’t know what “top winners” means to be honest. If anyone knows more specifically what that means, please chime in. I’ve always been curious exactly who this card was given to. It’s not terribly rare.

This card was handed out as a prize card in various gym locations and other stores in tournaments held to commemorate the release of HeartGold and SoulSilver expansions.
Winners here just means you had to win the tournament. Because they had other promos given out as participation prize and also a different promo for winning 3 consecutive games.
The copycat card was the rarest of the cards given out in those tournaments.

Quite contested - even on here but allegedly given out at Distrubutor events in 2007-2009. Low copies are rumoured (5 or 6), but not confirmed

Can you explain what you mean by contested?

Some people contest that they’re fake/have just been randomly stamped and don’t have enough provenance against them, or that they’re even valid distributor promos at all.
I don’t however, the stamp seems 100% real to me (but then one can even argue a real stamp could be applied to any card). Saying all that though - PSA should have at least something to go off right given they’ve graded some? Even that’s not a true barometer of authenticity though
It looks like that thread is a conversation carried over from Pokegym (I’ve never seen that thread before today - however that @waynegg guy is who I purchased 2 of them from (and some other rare cards) who now interestingly looks to be suspended/banned from here lol. Someone on here messaged me about the Turtwig and I did some digging from the eBay auction I bought them from and have asked the seller where they got the copies from.
Seems a rabbit hole has appeared, and a rabbit loving pfm has come to fall down it with me
