The problem with singles is that I want GEM-MINT Cards. I collect Sets in PSA 10, or am atleast trying to… Most sellers that claim that their items are Mint will still never grade a 10. The only luck I have really had from Japanese sellers on Ebay for grading 10’s that I don’t pull myself are from JapJun or Noodles.

That’s why PSA cards are sold for a premium. It’s a hassle and expensive to pull FA cards that you need and to PSA 10 them as well. I don’t see any FA card that is JPN selling for under 40$ ever unless it’s something rubbish like Emolga haha

If your talking Ungraded versions selling under $40 on Ebay type in “pokemon sr japanese” on the Ebay search bar. There are a TON of Full-Arts selling for $10-$20 each.

I was talking about in PSA 10 of course. Most of the FA on eBay would be sub PSA 9.

I’d have to disagree. I’ve purchased many Japanese FAs on eBay, and a good percentage (60%+) are mint-gem mint. I’ve had a few graded, 2 received 10s and one got a 9 because of centering. I have some more I need to grade, but just from looking at them they’re at least a 9. However, I agree with @blastoiserules1 that buying Japanese boxes is the best, fastest (I’ve been looking for a mint Darkrai EX FA for months) and most economical way to get gem mint cards.

Whatever you do – stay away from BW4 boxes!

Those ones have botched pull rates IMO.

I’m curious what FA you bought from Noodles? I’ve bought a ton of cards off of him. But, have only graded a Handful of the FA’s so far. Obviously I graded the MINTIEST ones and they all pulled 10’s. I just got my largest purchase from him in. A ton of Japanese FA’s + Shiny’s. I’m going to grade them as out of the 17 cards; 14 of them are completely MINTY.

@blastoiserules1 Just the Darkrai EX. He’s pretty good about describing card condition which is great when buying from Japan. Good luck on the cards from him that you’re going to grade!

If you can beat 12$ for PSA 9-10 quality FA that would be great

$12 for a MINT FA isn’t a bad price… I spend $8-$20 on FA’a all the time. Most of the $20 one’s are usually Charizards!

Double Crisis will probably be officially revealed by japan in…16 hours from now? That sounds about right. They only have 3 weeks to get this hype train started, so tonight’s weekly update will tell us a bunch of new info.
