WTT for 1999 Tropical Wind + Fan Club Karp

Hey there!

I’m looking to try and get my hands on a 1999 TMB Tropical Wind promo and a 2000 Neo 3 600PT Fan Club promo Magikarp.
Ideally looking for the karp in mint, 9+ condition; raw or graded but my intention will be for a gem copy to keep raw. Clean foil, minimum to no whitening and some tasty centering is the white whale I’m after :blush:. The Tropical Wind I’m open to considering condition given its scarcity but I’d be happy with something with nice eye appeal. Would love to try and do this as one trade if anyone’s tempted but I can’t be overly picky so :blush:.

Much more willing to be lenient on pricings with the GS and Shining than the others but have mentioned all as they can all be considered if the trade is right. Pricings to be negotiated on basis of interest as some are a bit tricky :blush:.

Of course you’ll have to give up more than your getting since you’re initiating the deal. I’d think it’s best to save up and buy those outright. They will probably get a bit cheaper too.
Your trade list on the other hand should go way up;)

:blush: Appreciate the guidance! As I’ve said to some forum members who have contacted me, getting an even trade isn’t too much of a priority of mine! Given the fact that there’s a $10k+ trade value there :blush: I’m more than happy to throw in sweeteners to the deal to make up for asking first; I’m not afraid to compensate those who speak up for their time.
I also fully agree that some items on my side should go up at the very least, lord knows about my wants side though. :blush: The Wind has been a chase card of mine for three years now and the Karp is just stunning IMO. :wink: just still holding out for the right deals

I was just joking haha. I think the 99 trop wind is one of the absolute most iconic cards in the hobby. I love Gary, and he knows more than I ever will about English, but very much disagree on that perspective of the old promos
