Okay everyone, I’ve got an offer for the degens on the forum.

I am looking for a Tirtouga from Noble Victories, normal or ideally reverse in cgc 9 or better quality. It has not been graded at PSA or CGC at all unless I read the pop report wrong.

If anyone out there has a nice quality copy and is willing to send it to cgc at fanatics ($10, two week grading) I will pay $75 for normal and $125 for reverse and buy direct from the vault if it grades a 9. Can pay more if it grades higher. This card is $1.50 raw for normal and around $6 for reverse.

Upside for you? Money from a worthless card
Downside for you? If it doesn’t grade high, I won’t buy it and you’ll have paid $10 for a coaster.
