Looking for Team Rocket’s Zapdos EX in Mint condition. It’s my favorite card in the TCG and a satisfactory one evades me. I would like one ungraded, but PSA 10 would be OK if the price is right. Saw a PSA 10 for $180 last month, but it looked really weak to me. Thanks!
