WTB: PSA 9 Base Japanese Charizard / $700-$750

hey all! looking to add this to my collection =]

5 most recent eBay sales are 949, 690, 685, 610, & 700.  
not sure if the 949 is an outlier so I figured I’d just average out the numbers.
