Yowzers! There may or may not have been one sold this month on Fanatics for $150k, but it’s hard to know with their sold listings if it actually was paid for or not?
No it’s easy to know : the card is relisted, so the sale was fake.

Funny how the PSA 9 to 10 price multiplier has more or less remained the same pre and post 2025 boom for Masaki Gengar.
Pre-boom, PSA 9s were ~$1k, and PSA 10s were ~$10k.
Now, PSA 9s are ~$10k and PSA 10s are ~$100k.
Roughly 10x
