I actually don’t think this auction is over priced at all. Rayquaza went for 19k back in May which is a data point you really can’t even use in today’s market. Not sure what Umbreon sells for but it is a desirable gold star as well. Assuming a 12k price on the Umbreon makes Rayquaza a 38k card today? 100% appreciation is a smaller jump than we‘ve seen on other iconic cards from May to present day. Hell I remember gold star Charizard in PSA 10 was around 8k in May as I was in the market for one then and I’m pretty sure that card is more than 16k today. Though everything I’m saying is just contextual.

Sm Pratte is holding an auction for one on eBay, and it hit $30k now, with 6 days left. It may be shilling, idk but that’s the auction price now.
I don’t see 30k being shilled at all, I’m after a 9 and no one is selling under 10k, I can see the 10 reaching 50k, but who knows, we’ll see
