Honestly if I’m looking for ungraded singles in any condition yahoo Japan is my go to place. I can find cards pretty cheap and I can wait a little while before getting them shipped so I can bulk buy. No Rarities in my experience pop up more frequently than on eBay but condition isn’t going to be mint most of the time. I’ve seen 4-5 NR Charizards including two I bought off there and I only expect a 7 max on one of them. If you want an already graded one just keep on eBay. One will come up sooner or later. I love the NR set and I love to look at it in my JP base master set
