@grandgengar , Not sure if anyone here could vouch for this place, but a seller online I know of (i believe its pokefeens.com) has blisters in stock but the artwork is varied (you could email them though to ask to see if they have one with Lugia in stock). Ive used them for some psa cards and had great results but I just cant vouch for any sealed product.
