I’ve seen one listed for £4K on the UK Facebook pages. Not sure if that price is fair but it might be a start.

Have you considered messaging him/her? I have successfully purchased many items from the states which weren’t originally offered under international postage once messaging the seller.
It might not hurt to message them and if you are going to pay for a tracked/insured package they shouldn’t be too hesitant.

Does condition matter? I have one in fair condition, indent on one of the sides. Packs would be unaffected; the sides just aren’t “case fresh” like the one above. It also has a Charizard Box topper on top

Which box did you buy off him? I bought a base set 2 box off him recently. Super hard to contact. Doesn’t reply for day. Said he shipped out the other day and provided tracking so can only hope for the best
