080/BW-P Oshawott JR Train Rally promo

Can’t find any listings currently so I will offer $100. If you have them please contact me and we can negotiate the price though.

If anyone knows where I can purchase these and provides me that information leading to a successful purchase I will send you a FA/UR Japanese card from my collection in the $20-$30 range as a finders fee.
