Looking to buy any copy of this Mewtwo ex in any language (Eng/Jpn/Fr etc) with a centered hand swirl. Condition isn’t important as long as it’s in one piece.

Willing to pay at least 1.5x value (can approximate based off eBay solds) for an equivalent condition raw/graded copy, and even higher if the swirl is perfectly in the middle. Both cash or trading in your favour is welcome.
