Would this knock the grade?

I was wanting to know if something like this would knock the grade. It has what looks like a dull knife cut at the top right but the whiting is coming off the card and not on the card it’s self. Was wanting to send it in to PSA but afraid it would get a point taken due to that.

Seems to be a rough cut from the factory. I think you would be fine.

I’d be more worried about this possible front whitening:

I’d expect a PSA 9 or 10. Worth sending in if you want it graded!

I’ll have to take another picture in a moment that front is actually a glare off of the light. One of my friends checked the photo out to what I pulled, and he pointed that out as well lol.
