Would this back alone be enough to prevent a 10?

The front of this card looks to be an easy 10 to me, however the back leaves much to be desired. Would it prevent a 10 or would it get a 10 with a OC qualifier perhaps? The back picture is a picture of the card on the right hand side, the staff Mewtwo.

The rear centering tolerance is 75/25 for a PSA 10.

Would you determine it to be in that ratio or a little over? I’ve read that their tolerance in that but I had difficulty in distinguishing.

I’m not sure what you mean sorry.

You can take a picture/scan of the the border and count pixels to get a rough idea if that’s what you mean.
