Where is this card from? Looks unlike anything ive ever seen…
The general consensus is that it was a WOTC filler card. Anyone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe it was supposed to just take up space on an uncut sheet of cards and be removed after the sheets were cut. None of them were supposed to make it into booster packs but a few did, one story on Reddit reports that it was pulled from a Base Set booster. That said, I’ve never actually seen this card on an uncut sheet of cards, if anyone else has then I would love to see the sheet!
