hey guys, slight moment of stupidity last night when i was extremely tired and i bid on an auction without reading the description fully, as a result the items i will get i have literally no use for whatsoever and i really dont want to have to pay for them should they not be able to cancel. i have messaged their customer support but the auction ends in around 8 hours so i figured i would ask here to see if anyone has managed to do it through buyee rather than wait for potentially no answer. i know they say you cannot do it but i was just wondering if they make exceptions or anything along those lines. i understand if it cannot be done as its my fault its just a bit of a shit one i guess.
idk if this is the best advice but
just dont pay. annoying as a seller, but i believe buyers get 3 strikes of not paying
buyee automatically takes all dem monies out of your account with preapproval… Yeah i have done this so many times, was tired and bidded and won some shit like i got something like 6kg coming in… uncommons and commons times 6 kg lol… hope not.
This is not an option as everyone here is responsible for their behavior and go by the golden rule;)
Muhahahaha, i can bid in Japan now with no stupid fees, no tied up money, no upfront payments, and just pay at a convenience store anywhere, anytime!
Also can choose my postage options, and communicate directly with sellers.
Negatives at the moment for me are: trying to get funds from overseas into japanese banks… which has alot of fees.
Can’t read japanese…
Can’t negotiate with japanese sellers too well…
Also, i’m being blocked from some auctions as my feedback is too low at the moment
Plus i cannot sell on there yet, as need to register and pay for another store.
Still new to it… but, at least i’m registered as a local on there.
The beautiful buyer staff just sent me a message saying due to a problem on the sellers side my bid has been removed! I think it may have been an automated email due to me cancelling but it just shows where a bit of politeness can get you!
dude if i could communicate with them… Id ask every single one of them who list the decks/ no raritans/ anything suspicious to heed the word no raritan and answer my duties.
I cant think of a couple of listings on der right now… xD
that is insain man.
My advice when contacting Japanese companies is always be humble, admit the mistake is your fault and apologise if you do not speak Japanese, it can go a long way honestly, I’ve now had successful communication with buyer tcg Republic and mandarake for stuff like marking as gifts or lower customs and now this
