I used this as a kid and I still think he is one of the most strategic Pokemon. The ability to be water and flying type offsets part of the disadvantage of water types. Though, electricity wrecks. But no Pokemon is perfect.

Wingull and Pelipper need some more love. I was so happy to see Pelipper’s reoccurring role in the SW/SH anime.
