I already think of this as a starter, just one you have to walk a few routes to get. 
Havenāt actually thought of it earlier but would have been super fun to get grimer in the start of red/blue to go through everything with him, now the friendship starts in such late phase of the game!

Iād like an Eevee. But would definitely be an Ash and way oversleep since Iām more of a nightowl. So Iāll take a Skarmory or an Onix. Like me my steel pokemon.

Iāve always thought exactly this since I was a kid. Similar to how a Gyarados requires a strong trainer to raise it properly, the same seems like it would go for a giant rock/steel snake that can literally swim through the Earth. So awesomeā¦Onix and Steelix are still such underrated mons.

Love how Out of the Box went with the big Pokemon too. I nerd out over this stuff in my head, or with a few buddies at work. We discuss how wild it would be if Pokemon were real, and all the nuances that would go into it.
