I love both ! Porygon is winning a bit more for me but the Raichu is so nostalgic

Always the Porygon! I am biased towards promos so will always pick a promo over a regular set card, regardless of the grade. Not to mention something iconic as the fan club Porygon.

I’d go with the Porygon. It just feels more unique than a no rarity Raichu. No rarity is cool though, don’t get me wrong, but just look at that Porygon 
If the Raichu were PSA 10 (POP 1) it would be my choice all day, but since it’s PSA 9 I choose the Porygon.
of all metrics, low pop is one that i never care about.
it’s a niche factor for cards like the #17 typhlosion, but i don’t think it’s worth keeping track of for the majority of cards.
really comes down to, which card sparks more joy per dollar (and availability)

It has better fundamentals and appeals to a larger group of people than a PSA 9 Raichu No Rarity Symbol. I think you’d also enjoy it more, aesthetically speaking.

I would personally go for the Porygon. I like that there’s a story behind the card besides just being the “first” and the game room in the background brings me back to my childhood!
Did you spend a lot of time in casino’s in your childhood

I might be biased but Porygon. Especially now that prerelease Raichu is the new cool kid on the block.
