Welcome to the forum! XY6 unlimited is definitely rarer than 1st edition, but not so much as to cause a significant price difference for both boxes and singles, like we see with Legend era sets and XY9. The difference in print numbers between unlimited and 1st edition for BW/XY eras is a very niche thing, although maybe over time it will get more attention.
