All, Was wondering why you rarely, if ever, see the 3xxx cert number but 2’s & 4’s are typically always floating around. Thanks! ---

I asked this question myself a few years back as I recall! The general consensus is the cert numbers jump around a bit, as there actually are some certs starting with 3 out there, but they are very few and far between in my experience. They will most likely go back to the 3 certs once they are through the 4 certs, but you can never know for sure as there is no real rhyme or reason to it. ---

@mewtuw, I graded 1 million cards when the #2 certs ended therefor I have all the #3 certs in my collection. If you would like to purchase a #3 cert I take payment of 1 Moomoo Milk. Hope this helped. ---

I wouldn’t think they would fetch a premium either, despite them being rare - when PSA begins using the 3xx certs again, their rarity will diminish. Still, it’s cool that you own some of the first/few 3xx certs! ---
