Thanks could I ask where you get that figure?
When was my PSA card graded? A visual guide to the timeline of PSA Certification Numbers (1991-2026)
thanks just updated. Using this most recent cert and going back over GemRate monthly grading activity reports put Nov/Dec 2025 certs at 153x range but the original image shows Nov/Dec 2025 certs at 140x range.

I don’t see it mentioned here, but around the early 6’s we start seeing the newer pack slab. Before then all the packs were folded over in the old slabs. If you find one before then in a modern slab it has been reholdered.
If you reholder now, they can downgrade the grade because of the damage they caused during encapsulation.
The higher the cert number the less chance the graded pack has a holo or any good pull.

I’ll say that some of the very first batch of Gary Haase PSA graded cards hold certs of 10XXXXXX. They overlap from 0XXXXXXX to 10XXXXXX out of chronological order, specifically for that very first initial run in 1999. So, a card from the first graded batch ever can hold 0XXXXXXX or 10XXXXXX.
Just figured I’d share some information!
