Can’t believe six whole booster packs fit in this tiny letter!

Seller is coming up with some good cover ups lol

"Your order was shipped in 3 separate envelopes. Only 2 packs fit per envelope.

They were probably separated in transit and hopefully you’ll receive the other two envelopes tomorrow or the next day."

I opened it to check and yeah it only had one in it, not two like they claim, also why would they overpay on shipping by sending 3?

(postage price only covers one pack also)

I understand people make mistakes, but at least own up to them.

1 stamp costs 49 cents, tracked mail up to 3 oz cost $2.61 so if they actually could split 2 boosters into 3 envelopes it would actually save them money. It would likely be over 3 oz and cost even more than the $2.61. It would be too thick for the $0.49 standard postage though, probably over on weight too with two packs per.

I have bought singles from these guys before. They are kinda like a troll and toad, but do show photos of the actual item in some cases. I would send them another message and I am sure they would resolve. High volume over 99% feedback, probably not the best customer service, but such a small order they should resolve with no trouble.

Not only is it too thick, it is over the weight limit of one stamp, they would require two. If they did send two it would have charged me the extra postage before I got the letter(it’s happened to me in the past).

I’m giving it till Friday(two weeks Since purchase), if they dont arrive I’ll file a claim for the remaining packs.

So far they haven’t been helpful all at by email just deny everything.

I live 40 minutes from their shop apparently, so two weeks should be more than enough time to see if they’re telling the truth.

If I knew they were that close I would have just bought them in person, but amazon doesn’t list location unfortunately.

Well update, I never received the other packs, the seller was full of it. They still refuse to admit their mistake so I’m forced to open a amazon claim tomorrow for the price difference of the 5 other packs I never got.
