Very cool, had no idea these pokemon center clear files existed! This art from Sugimori was also (originally?) featured in a 2002 Prima Pokedex / game guide book with other “exclusive artwork” at the time.

I just bought a poketour pikachu to match with e3 red cheeks pikachu. I don’t have my original one I bought 5 years ago anymore, so I wanted to rebuy it.
Whats crazy to me was there wasn’t much change from when I first bought one back in 2020 till now. It actually gotten cheaper with age along with 20% cash back for myself making it $348 total (paypal is doing 20% cashback on pay-in-4, highly recommend to take advantage of it).
One of the rare times where a card doesn’t go up and stays stagnant which is nice to see from a collecting standpoint especially with a total overall pop of 860 and a unique history/distribution.

Really, really clean copy.
This is an all-timer Arita art. Truly ahead of its time, this art would not look at all out of place 22 years later as an IR/SIR.
