Just got this Absol in. Not sure what took me so long to buy it, but I feel like waiting paid off since I got it for cheap.
I went to a collector’s fair for the first time and picked up a handful of cards for my WoTC collection. It’s so much fun buying cards in person and everyone was lovely to speak to.
Just purchased this.

@viridian Awesome story! The spontaneity of it all will surely be a fun memory
Was just on the east coast for a business trip and saw this neat little Japanese store with mostly Japanese cosmetics, but also random assorted snacks and generally cute things. I saw a stand of Re-Ment blind boxes (a few different IPs) and decided to pick up a Pokemon one. It wasn’t something I’d usually do, but this particular set was really cute.
Was really hoping for the Wooper one or Rowlet one, but any of them would’ve been fine.
Ended up with the Combee/Teddiursa piece!
Beautiful card got a raw copy a month or two ago.
Man this layout! Exceptional
Ty! It’s what makes binders
Face tattoo holo bleed?! That’s epic.

Time to show off some purchases before they arrive, the sher way
I kinda went ham
First up: creatures deck energy with salamence cameo - we shall see what psa thinks
Next: anyone who knows me knows that this card is like a white whale for me. Will this copy be a 10? Very slim chance but I think its worth the risk.
Lastly: i completed a frame with this one, i now have the 3 lv x variants as well as all ex and lv x unlimited variants hanging on my wall
That book just unlocked a core memory of buying lets find pokemon from my school book fair in like 4th grade. Good lord
