What WOTC promos were sealed?

Of the original 53 Black Star Promos, which ones were sealed? I know that a lot of them where, but I’d like to know which ones were so I can note it down for my collection.

So far, my only lead on the Mews is that there’s a pack of 25 on ebay. Is that the way some were sealed?

I think a lot of the early ones came in huge sealed bricks that is why they are cheap/easy to find unless I am thinking of the prerelease
